396 Park Avenue
One of the loveliest buildings in town, 396 Park is the perfect example of embracing the best original features in a historic building. A massive labor of love upstairs included stripping and sanding original floors and millwork to bring back this beauty to its heyday. For decades it hosted a well-loved photo shop called Inkley’s, but today it’s a combination of short- and long-term rental offices with new windows that provide better climate control and expansive views of downtown.
The main floor is currently rented to a long-term tenant, and the space measures 4,000 square feet.
